How long have you been a brewmaster?
I became a brewmaster’s assistant in 2014 when I married my husband, Peter, who makes exceptional beers.

Coconut porter

Anything sour and/or funky
What are you looking forward to most at this year's TC Brew Fest?
I am looking forward to enjoying a wide variety of delicious craft beers while paying tribute to our community’s many veterans.

I’ve been an unofficial taste tester for 6 years.

I’m excited to see how we can raise the bar in every way - larger donations to our amazing beneficiaries, more and new breweries, and exciting new events during TC Brew Week!

An incredible event with craft beers that excites our attendees, justifies the support from our sponsors and raises a record amount for our local charities.

What is your favorite beer to brew?
All beers. I don't really have a favorite to brew. Each brew-day has it's own challenges and rewards.
What is your favorite beer to drink?
I have a few. I really enjoy a good Wee Heavy Scotch Ale. IPA goes without saying. Then Belgium style, Belgium Sours and Spontaneous Fermented Ales.
What are you looking forward to most at this year's TC Brew Fest?
To have a successful event, and of course THE BEER.

Usually whatever my son Jack thinks I need to try

Anything with coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, cream, etc. I love the creativity…

I am really looking forward to seeing all the different brews and people who like beer as much as I do. Volunteer Coordinator is my job, so sign up and join the crew!
